Refund and Returns Policy
At Vape Dubai, customer satisfaction is important to us. We review returns and refund requests individually to ensure fair service for our customers.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and unopened.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Products showing any signs of use will not be accepted for return.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our store.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Consumable items such as e-liquids, coils, pods, and disposable vapes cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Refunds
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp and provide:
- Order number
- Name and contact details
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product if applicable
Once the return is approved, instructions will be provided for returning the product.
Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected.
The refund amount will be calculated based on the order value excluding delivery charges and bank fees.
Orders refused by the customer at delivery will not be eligible for refunds.
Warranty
Certain products come with a 7-day warranty starting from the delivery date.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for inspection.
If the product is confirmed defective and covered under warranty, we will repair, replace, or provide a suitable solution.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- E-liquids and consumable products
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Damage caused by drops, excessive force, or water exposure
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches
- Unauthorized modifications to the product
